Coming from North Bend and/or Eastern Washington 1. Follow I?90 West from North Bend and points east to Exit 22, Preston 2. At the top of the ramp, turn right on SE 82nd. 3. At first stop sign (T intersection), turn right onto Preston?Fall City Rd. 4. Preston Park is 0.15 miles down Preston?Fall City Rd. on your left.

2012 Message From Tim 03/04/12

Parents and Players,

A note to say how PROUD I am of the team's play on Saturday. The score is by no means indicative of the game that was played.

Our young ladies stepped onto the pitch to play a game of soccer and they did that very thing. I, as their coach, and being totally unbiased, enjoyed the match tremendously as we were very competitive with the opposing team. The young ladies were hustling to the ball, they were winning the ball in the 50/50 confrontations. Our attack was penetrating into their defense. We had opportunities to place the ball behind the net, but, it was not meant to be, just the way the ball bounces. Our defense was stellar and aggressive allowing our opponents to feel our presence. But the most exciting part of the game was watching our young ladies playing as a unit. The young ladies played without being intimidated but respectful of their opponent. They were looking for one another, they were communicating to one another, and most of all, is that they were enjoying playing with one another. One could tell the cohesiveness of the team out on the pitch and that is what the GAME IS ALL ABOUT!!!!! Bringing a group of players together and getting them to respect each others play and knowing that their "friend" is playing alongside and making contribution to the team. Putting it in adult vernacular, "THE YOUNG LADIES PLAYED A HECK OF A GAME" and we should all be proud of their play. It was prideful to me when parents of the opposing team, congratulated the play of our team, but also emphasizing the very thing that I have been talking about in this message, the Young Ladies coming together and being teammates and most of all being FRIENDS with one another.

Thanks again, for allowing me to coach this fine bunch of young ladies, I am enjoying it immensely.

Players and Parents,

First and foremost, congratulations to our young team for the successful Fall season in the RCL soccer league. The accomplishments of the team are well deserved as they became resilient and overcame any odds against them. Each and everyone of the players contributed immensely to this success and as their coach am very proud of them all. Kudos, also, to the parent faction as your time and sacrifices throughout the season were undeniably appreciated. Your support and dedication was tremendous and it showed with the young ladies willingness to participate in practices and games. The social and the fostering of friendships was overwhelming amongst the young ladies because of this very support given by the parents. Getting the young ladies to practice, your flexibility with your schedules, more so, towards the last two weeks when we were hunting venues with lights in which to practice, and your willingness to drive to the "Wet" side for our games during inclement weather. We, as a team, have come a long way, with the journey ahead of us even longer as we now qualify for a more competitive environment . This is why we play the game.

The Three River Soccer Club 4th Divison 2nd place Girls U12 will play the 3rd Division 7th place Washington Rush team in Everett WA. at 12:30pm. We are so proud of our girls and how far they have come as a team. Thank You so much for a great job Coaching and bringing the girls together as a team Tim. Congratulations to the Coach, Players and Parents 10/15/11 & 10/16/11

Parents and Players,

A little note to express my appreciation for the success that the team enjoyed this last weekend. Am very proud of our girls accomplishments in many aspects. They played hard this past weekend and their efforts were shown in the results. They were under insurmountable odds, especially on Sunday, with no substitutes but yet they never gave up til the final whistle was blown. That is what I enjoyed the most in that they were tenacious and unrelenting in their quest for a team victory both on Saturday and Sunday. They are coming together as a team and are gaining confidence with one another. Still a ways to go but let us be patient.

Once again, it is a pleasure to be coaching your young ladies.
