TCYSA Winter Office Hours
WINTER OFFICE HOURS
Starting November 1, our office will be open Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. and then closed the rest of the week.
Beginning February 1, we will go back to our normal season hours of Monday through Wednesday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to7 p.m. We will continue to be closed Friday through Sunday.
Modern technology has made it so our Office Manager can be fully functional from home if needed. We are able to review emails and voicemails and even answer the phone on days when weather does not permit us to make it in to the office during the winter months.
This change also helps us reduce our office costs by having the office closed an additional day, easing utility charges and helps with the safety of our staff as the parking lot does not get plowed during the winter and it can be a challenge getting in and out of the complex.

ps. the voicemail and email will be monitored on Thursdays from noon - 5 p.m. until the T-CYSA closing date for the last State Cup Tournament Applications which is December 14th, 2009.
