Three Rivers Soccer Club Participation Financial Aid Application Instructions
A core ethic of Three Rivers Soccer Club (3RSC) is to work to provide Mid-Columbia area youth with an equal opportunity to access advanced development soccer without regard to a particular player or family’s ability to pay. 3RSC provides a limited number of need-based scholarships based on the total household income. 3RSC scholarships are available to help defray in the 3RSC Registration Fees.
Scholarship Applications must be completed in their entirety; incomplete applications will not be considered. Submitted applications become the property of 3RSC and will not be returned to the applicants. Applications and supporting documents will be held in the strictest of confidence and reviewed only by the Financial Aid Committee. Applications can be mailed in, or scanned and sent via email.
3RSC expects all families receiving financial aid to provide volunteer time for each request and to coordinate time with the 3RSC Treasurer. Volunteer hours will be based on awarded aid amounts. Opportunities are widely available and a volunteer log must be signed off by an official representative of the Three Rivers Soccer Club. Failure to submit proof of volunteer work hours could result in disqualification on future aid requests.

- Copy of the households 2016 Income Tax Return (1040 or 1040EZ, etc.).
The Financial Aid Committee expects to process and make determinations on all applications for financial aid NO LATER then June 30, 2017.
Applications and supporting documents will be held in the strictest of confidence and reviewed only by the Financial Aid Committee. Please contact the 3RSC Treasurer if you have any questions regarding the form.
